卵が美味しい！

　リスボンに来て嬉しいのは、食材の安全性と新鮮さです。
野菜も肉も新鮮で美味しいですが、特に卵の美味しさが印象的です。
子供の頃を含めて、茹で卵にした際に、今まで味わった卵の中で一番美味しいと思います。

　少々高くてもバイオの卵を選んでいます。
かかりつけの医師からも、動物の飼料は食用の場合は非常に重要だと言われました。
